What are the Signs of Concussion?

Symptoms of a concussion may include: dizziness, lightheadedness, perceived to stare spots, memory loss or difficulty remembering what happened just before the injury, nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light, drag the voice, concentration problems, difficulty with coordination or balance, anxiety and fatigue.

These are the most common for each accident involving our head. It is worth mentioning that there are different degrees or levels in each case of concussion.

At the first level we can note the presence of some symptoms listed but there is no loss of consciousness. Nor does this happen in the second degree for, but now, each symptom is experienced for longer than fifteen minutes (in the first case, the pain or conditions are fleeting, here are parked for a longer time span). Finally, shocks in grades three, are the most dangerous: besides all the above symptoms, they also have loss of consciousness.

On ways to treat a concussion, the usual procedures include rest or rest (providing adequate time for recovery), limited exposure to drugs (this is especially true for drugs such as aspirin, blood thinners, and all other medicines causing drowsiness) and control.
